Function mixBy

Create a DitherTransform that blends two colors by a constant factor, bias.

mixBy(bias, options?): DitherTransform
Parameters
- bias: number
  The factor to mix. 0 = no blending. 0.5 = even blending
- options: MixOptions = {}
Returns DitherTransform
